Development Update – July 2025
- Vertical construction of the four buildings on Phase 1 is ongoing.
- Irrigation work on the mainline of the Fazio Golf Course near hole #10 is underway.
- Beginning in mid-July, the Kaihalulu East Drive dust fence will be installed in preparation for constructing the public access road from Kuilima Drive to the new comfort station near ‘Ō‘io Stream.
