Development Update – September 2025

  • Kaihalulu East Drive roadway, mauka drainage basins, and foundational work on RR3 continue

  • Irrigation mainline realignment between holes 10 & 18 on the Fazio golf course is complete

  • Minor repairs to existing irrigation systems are ongoing

  • Public access to hiking and biking trails will remain open throughout construction, with temporary access available via the Kahuku Trail

  • Clearing vegetation and non-native trees to allow for grading along the Emergency Vehicle Access Road and Kaihalulu East Drive

    Vertical construction at RR3 phase 1 to resume in February with a targeted completion in early 2027.
    Shoreline restoration and native planting are ongoing with 2,500 native plants installed in 2025.
