Development Update July 2025
Vertical construction of the four buildings on Phase 1 is ongoing. Irrigation work on the mainline of the Fazio Golf Course near hole #10 is underway. Beginning in mid-July, the Kaihalulu East Drive dust fence will be installed in preparation for constructing the public access road from Kuilima Drive to the new comfort station near ‘Ō‘io Stream.
Areté supports ER renovations at Kahuku Medical Center
Areté Collective is contributing $70,000 to support much-needed renovations at the Kahuku Medical Center (KMC) Emergency Room, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening local healthcare services for local residents on Oʻahu’s North Shore. The donation was presented at a reception at the hospital on May 16, 2025.
Turtle Bay Foundation awards $200,000 in Scholarships to 86 North Shore & Koʻolauloa Students
In its most impactful year yet, the Turtle Bay Foundation awarded $200,000 in college scholarships to 86 students from Koʻolauloa and the North Shore communities, including 22 students who are either employees or immediate ʻohana of Turtle Bay Resort team members.
