- Brett Hill is continuing foundational work and Hui Kū Maoli Ola is continuing invasive tree removal on the property that began in April
- Surveying and monitoring activities are ongoing, including yellow-faced bee surveys in the RR3 work area, shoreline, and adjacent habitats, shoreline monitoring seven days a week by Hawaii Marine Animal Response (HMAR), and monthly site visits by AECOS to ensure the construction site remains compliant with safety and environmental protection standards
- All ground-disturbing activity is monitored by a third-party, ASM Affiliates, a respected local firm with a long history of working at Turtle Bay.
