Nordic PCL has been appointed as general contractor for The North Shore Club and is now responsible for managing all aspects of construction for the project.

The transition has been seamless, and Nordic is already on-site actively advancing progress on the first phase of the project. We’re thrilled to have them on our team and working to bring our vision for The North Shore Club to life.

Nordic PCL is a deeply respected general contractor that understands Hawai‘i and the North Shore. The company has been working in Hawai‘i since 1938 and brings a deep understanding of our people and this place. Their team includes skilled local craftsmen and laborers, and they have a long track record of delivering high-quality projects across the state while protecting the environment and respecting local residents during construction.

Nordic PCL is also a thoughtful partner in environmental and cultural stewardship. The company has fully implemented Areté Collective’s endangered species and cultural training program for the project. Every person working on-site — including Nordic PCL crew members, subcontractors, and Areté staff — completes the training before beginning work.

With Nordic PCL’s help, the first phase of the project is taking shape. If you’ve visited the site recently, you’ve likely seen that vertical construction is now underway. We’re also continuing to make progress installing supporting utilities along Kaihalulu East Drive, and the mauka drainage work is mostly complete.
